Terrorism is a real threat, and terrorists are dangerous. Fortunately, most of us have not encountered a terrorist. Perhaps this might be a good chance for an introduction. Meet Mr. Shahram Homayoun, a resident of Los Angeles and the owner of Channel One TV, a Farsi satellite station that airs in Iran.Homayoun is an outspoken critic of the clerical regime in Iran who runs a daily program which has grown in popularity. He garners a wide following inside Iran and among Iranian Diaspora. His personal program, “the Last Moment,” offers a daily analysis on events in Iran and focuses on exposing human rights violations.

As Russia mourns its terror victims following Monday’s bombing of the Moscow metro, conspiracy theories swiftly blamed Chechen Muslim separatists, and Muslims living in Russia in general, of orchestrating the reckless attacks.Turkish and American experts, however, are increasingly alarmed about the growing amount of danger on the fault lines between Muslims and Russians.

The balance and imbalance experiences that affected the world in the last century, seems to maintain its effect in the future as it is doing at the moment. The Soviet aggression against Azerbaijan during 70 years came to the end with the bloody tragedy on January 20, 1990. Late at that night 26,000 Soviet Special Forces called “Alfa”, without declaring state of emergency, entered to Baku and committed ferocity action against innocent Azerbaijani people. The invasion was launched at the midnight and committed with brutality and no mercy for children, women and elderly.
