In developing a fair judgment on the Cyprus question the following facts - which we observe are usually wittingly or unwittingly distorted or overlooked - must come into play.Firstly, neither the Turkish Cypriots nor Turkey has caused the emergence of the Cyprus problem. It has been the outcome of statements, policies, violent acts and adventurous initiatives manifesting the aspiration to annex the island of Cyprus to a country which today is a member of the EU. This aspiration is expressed by the word ENOSIS which is not Turkish at all. Political initiatives aiming at ENOSIS have been taken by Greece at five consecutive sessions of the UN General Assembly in the period from 1954 to 1958.

[1] After that; the journalist of Moscow branch of the Turkish daily newspaper, Milliyet, Cenk Başlamış prepared an article referring to the poul goble. The issue has a large affect on the media of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Grek Republic of Southern Cyprus ,Greece, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Russia with various quotations. In Turkey this issue has a place on the news of Turkish press.

If we look at the history of Turkish Cypriot lived in Syria and Anatolia. But Turkish Cypriot was changed place by the Ottomans as a result of lodging policy. In consequence of Cyprus Island was conquered by Ottomans, rebel Turkmens ostracized.
Generally Turkish Cypriot has a nomadic culture. Wherefore closed cultures, Turkish Cypriot protect their poetry, custom and tradition. For this reason they have a special culture. At the same time they have TURKIC origins. Some Turkish Cypriot said that they were Yorukh.
Even today, Turkish Cypriot said: We have a different culture from Turkey and Turkic World”. Always they insist on this respect. Actually they are right. Because they live in island also protect their custom. Turkish Cypriot of transition nomadic culture from nation state directly. That’s why Turkish society loosed time and saving.
