Introduction:
The consumption of energy rapidly raises parallel to population increase and development in technology. The rise in deprivation of energy grows up the economic and strategic values of mainly energy sources; petrol and natural gas. The decrease in the petrol and natural gas reserves brings energy security as a main subject more than ever. As petrol and natural gas has been a strategically topic for development of states, the procurement of energy and control of energy transportation has been the main theme of the countries who are dominating or trying to dominate the world.

ABSTRACT
The relations between Turkey and EU express an important and at the same time hard stage for Turkey. The main object of this work is to research these important and hard relations from historical context.
In the first part of Diploma work the beginning of the relations between Turkey and European Economic Union, the first attempt of Turkey for the full membership-Ankara Agreement, the events, which damage the relations between two sides, the official application of Turkey for the membership and the protocols and agreements after application and lastly Agreement of Custom Union, which is important step for Turkey was discussed.

SUMMARY
Firstly, in my thesis work which Ethnic Structure of Turkey; I analyzed that, different ethnic groups and ethnicity, in order of, I touched on wrongs about concept of super identity, term of mosaic and ethnic identity. As well as, I showed that including survey about ethnic identity gave analyze and graphics related to which belong to variety foundations.
In second part, especially, I criticized report about ethnic structure of Turkey which belongs to P.Alfrod Andrews. I brought in statistic related to ethnic structure based on official information. I gave a determination related to whom having the most population Kurdish in Turkey.
Finally, I touched upon under the topic of multiculturalism, especially Kurdish historical, cultural, political background.

In the era of regionalization, the South Caucasus is accepted as one region by the international community. This fact is proved by the approaches of the Western countries, like the United States and the European Union to the South Caucasus. Thus, it is frequently stated that there is a need to increase regional cooperation and integration in the South Caucasus. It seems that these statements are based on the argument that the South Caucasus countries are geographically contiguous and these three countries were evaluated as regional countries in the past.
