View by Beril Binerbay - U.S. plans to extend missile defense program in Europe seems to further escalate the already high tension between the U.S. and Iran. The main aim of this program is to counter possible attacks from Iran and North Korea whose nuclear programs have drown considerable reaction, according to the U.S officials. It seems that the U.S. is preparing itself and European countries for a second Cold War against radical Islamism and communism; as it did in the post-Second World War era. The US approached the Czech and Polish governments about hosting the shield in January, in this regard.

At the end of 19th century and in the beginning of 20th century there was crucial development in the science of law such as, new branchs and field of law emerged. There were and are lots of tendencies and developments until know, I’d like to speak about the different branchs of low, but in order not to go far from the topic of my paper, I’ll just speak about the role of Private International Law (PIL) in marriage. As we know that marriage is the part of (International) Family law because it directly and indirectly concerns the relations between two people and their behavior and attitudes in law.There were some tendencies and proliferations of implementation of PIL, and they had some effects too. But the most effective and resolute step was the formation of Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) which was formed in 1896 and had lots of inluences for the development of PIL. And in the result HCCH became the preeminent organisation in the area of PIL.There were admitted and signed different Conventons at The Hague by member states of the Hague Conference on Private International Law.. There are many conventions which embraces all branches and fields of PIL.. Here are some of conventions which concern marriage and some other issues related to it.:
